HI everyone,
Ok so I have a loan with Cashnet USA which is legal in WA state.
My bank returned the check NSF. I called Cashnet to see what options I had & she asked if the money would be there tomorrow and of course I said no.......... so she said ok, well I can set up 2 payments (for the next 2 paydays) which actually works better, less money each time & then Im done with them.
So far, they have not been difficult to work with

Same thing happened with me...they were really easy to work with. They split the payments up for me, and it worked out great....

Yes, I have had a different experience with them vs the others... They are very willing to work with you and they stop calling and emailing everyday once you make payment arrangements. Glad to hear they are working with you!

What does it take to get them to allow a payment plan? My account is in default right now, but I have not heard from them! Oh, oh, to me no news is BAD news. HELP!! They went into my accout on Friday and found a block.

Just call them and ask them for payment arrangements. Most of the people worked it out between 2-3 payments. I don't think they are going to settle for a small monthly amount though. The first proposal my dmp sent to them stated $65 a month and the rejected it and said they wouldn't go lower than $105 a month. So thats what I agreed on, just means they will be paid off faster. I'm sure the calls will start soon, they called my work phone constantly and since I never answered they started calling the main line and would bounce around the phones until somebody would transfer them to me.
