I received an e-mail from Payday Loan Yes...(CashNet) today... we are experiencing a problem with your checking account and I was instructed to contact Tim Atkins, Branch Manager.

YA THINK!!! Yest there is a problem with my account, you people have robbed me blind......

Anyway....I was going to e-mail him back with a copy of the letter I sent, faxed etc. Should I. Like I have said. I would much rather argue in writing, a) I am better at it and b) then I have written documentation. I also would at least like to be available for contact in an effort to keep them from calling me.

Also...Cannr- do you have a format for the KY AG which can be filled in on the computer or did you type yours. I started typing on a typewriter and it really stinks. My handwriting is pitiful too. Laughing

Good luck with them. I have not gotten any response from Cashnet. Even certified letters.

Now I have been called by Sharon from First National Services, she gave the number 800-654-7444 ext 825, very clipped tone. Searched BBB and they are associated with Cash Net 500 and GFSIL and Cash Net. I have sent and faxed both companies and e-amiled Cash Net 500 c&d letters. I guess I need to work faster on those complaints. I do not know if I am up for this or if I can do this. Every time the phone rings I jump and I am a budle of nerves.

Come here and we will get you all fired up and ready to deal with them, LOL, no really we have all been through this. You need to get mad and the nerves will go away. Just keep thinking about how they robbed you blind afterall it is YOUR money, take control of it. Goodluck, we are all here if you need us.

GFSIL is actually different from Cash Net 500. GFS is another one of their names. It stands for Global Financial Services. GFSIL I believe is located overseas . . . .

BTW - Tim Atkins is crazy. Although that isn't his real name.

Great!! A crazy person and a woman who does not have to own a care becuase she rides a broom.. I know GFSIL is Global Fianacial, so is Cash Net part of Global Fianacial but different than GFSIL, is that what you are saying. I need to communicate with each individually. The BBB has them listed with same phone number.

GFSIL is different then the rest - It is located overseas, while Cash Net USA, GFS, Global Financial, Payday Loan Yes, and whatever else they are calling themselves today is located in the US. Utah last I checked. At least that is what I was aware of. I've dealt with Cash Net 500 . . . . .

GFSIL is related to Cash Today if I remember correctly . . . . If you do a search here for GFSIL you will find many many posts about them . . . . They are pretty notorious.

I thought GFSIL and Global Financial were the same and Cashnet 500 was Pay Day Loan Yes. I am soo confused.

Global Financial is the parent company of Cash Net 500 and Payday Loan Yes. I know that Cash Net 500's contracts had Global Financial or Global Payday on them.

It's possible . . . . I could have to initials wrong, and GFS and GFSIL could be the same. But there would be no relation to Cash Net and Global.

Have you done a search for Cash Net 500 on this site yet? If not, please do. They can be a pain in the butt to deal with, more so then most pdl's . . . . .

Yes..I initially had Cash Net 500 confused with Cash Net Usa. I have read where both GFS and Pay day Yes (Cash Net 500) were difficult, to put it mildly. So it looks like I'll have these two and Pay Chcek Today, which is on Cannr's MTE list, that will be the most difficult to deal with. I guess that is not too bad...3 out of 7.

I am getting phone calls for defaulting on a loan from this company...they have given me a loan I never applied for and now I have 2 loans with them...Now I get this!!! UGH!!!!!!!
