They are legal in my state (AZ) how should I handle them? My first default will be 10/17 should I contact them and ask for an EPP? I am planning on closing my account so it cannot be debited but I read they only take ACH payments.

I don't think CashNet USA is licensed in Arizona. According to the pdl laws of AZ, the concerned pdl company needs to be licensed in that state only. But Cashnet USA is not licensed in Arizona.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe CashNet USA is one of the only PDL lenders that is legal to lend in almost every state. They may not be licensed under PDL, but may be considered a CSO.
I would call the AZ Dept of Finance or whoever does the licensing to see if they are legal. Otherwise, if I am wrong, please correct me!

I have a loan with them and im now in default, but they said they will take the amount out in 3 equal payments on my next 3 paydates

I also owe cashnet usa, I closed my account, and now owe them and they called my job hassling my co-worker who said I was not there, now when I see a long distance number call through, If I pick it up I change my voice tone, because I am so scared, that is if I pick it up at all. i like in Florida are they licensed there too? Please help!

They seemed to be licensed everywhere but I believe they will also over an EPP. You need to contact them and work it out.
