Yesterday I faxed/mailed/emailed a letter stating they couldn't debit my checking account and not to call, only contact me via email and USPS. Now I know this was falling on deaf ears right from the start. But, I had to at least try.
So this evening, they called my cell. By the time I googled the telephone number, they had hung up. Then they called the landline, but i was unable to answer the call at that time. Then just for the heck of it, I checked my voicemail at work. They called there too! They didn't leave any messages, though. I only know they called work because their number was recorded because they hung up after the beep.
Now I know they received the letter because they emailed me stating they were going to debit my checking account on Friday for $241.63 regardless of what I told them. Should I call them tomorrow? Or wait until they call me and kindly remind them I requested to only be contacted via email or USPS?

i have stopped ach access. My bank has confirmed that they would not be taking any funds from my account. They have called my cell again twice today,I can't answer my cell phone at work. Then I got 4 emails today about my loan confirmation. 3 telling me they are debiting me $241.73 and one stating they are debiting me $41.73.
I should consider myself lucky...they are giving me a 10% discount on my fee because I'm a loyal customer and I got a coupon code to use the next time I take out a loan!!! YAY me!
I live in Florida and I owe $241.73 according to them I've done the math and I legally owe $113.12.

I need a nap, this is exhausting!
