My loan went into defaut on the 31st of July. They called me today saying i must call back today before they do anything further, im thinking collections, not sure.

They sent me a payment plan via email that was for the 21st, the 28th and 9/4 to be paid in full.

I told them that I cant do that and would rather do half on the 4th and the balance on 9/18. (this was via email also)

Anyone have exp. working with them?

If you do a search on the top for this company you will find tons of threads. Many people have had a good experince with them working out payment arrangements. There may be a few stubborn workers that you come in contact with, but for the most part I have found them pretty easy to deal with.
