hello everyone.

i am really not sure what to do anymore, and as i was searching the internet looking for answers/help i came upon this website.

I live in Wisconsin.

my current loans are

240$ to 500cashnet (original loan was 150$)
240$ to ameriloan (original loan was 150$)
110$ to cashnetusa ( orginial loan was 125$ )

I have paid cashnetusa multipule times each incraments of 50$ it is just BS.

Paid the bank around 1110$ in overdraft fees (after 4 months that is finally paid off what a relief)

My checkbook was stolen roughly 2-3 months ago which left me strapped. The bank made me pay all of thoughs NSF overdrafts, etc. Not only that checks kept on coming threw. I had it all worked out to pay off these loans but because of that i was screwed.

not only that i was fined 150$ by the district attorney for these bs checks that i did not even write and now have to take a 4 hour class.. lol?

Now I have no clue what to do. my credit card balance is 794.34$ the credit limit is 500$

I make less than 600 a month as a part time job. i have been applying everywhere for a fulltime but so far no luck.

if anyone has any suggestions they would be help full

DO NOT PAY ANOTHER DIME. On 2 of the three you have overpaid and to cashnet you owe at most $15. These people are Illegal and CAN NOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU. Close your account and ignore these people.
