I live in California and have 6 pdls out. How do i find out if the 2 internet ones are legal? They are with Cashspot and Cashtree. But they both are run by American Consumer Credit i believe.

I don't personally know if they are legal in California or not. Have you tried doing a search on this site and seeing if they come up? I think there is a list on here somewhere of the illegal ones. Search box is at the top of your page.
