I got information on them and their bank information such as:

Recipient Name: Red River Ventures, LLC
Bank Name: Wells Fargo
ABA routing number: 9499751965
Acct number:124002971

I was wondering if there was anything I can do with this information as far as defaulting on their PDL?

You can use that to set up a stop payment at the bank.

I did check for the heck of it and I did not find Red River Ventures in the MN database as a payday loan company nor a CSO.

They are listed as Cash Star Group and I found the banking information under their website for directions for submitting manual payments.

I borrowed an loan of $300 and they made me pay back in the end from direct withdraw of my bank account . . . $1,241. AND thats payment on TIME.

Cash Star Group is another affiliate of MNE. Untouchable by the AG, however they cannot do crap to you but harrass. They will not sue. Suggestion in dealing with these guys are pay the principal loan amount and close your account ASAP!

Johney I am sorry you paid $1200 on a $300 loan. I would try to seek a refund. It does not hurt to try
