Hey guys new to the forum but I have a question.I've taken out a payday loan with the cash store.I don't think i'm going to be able to pay it back or at least right now.What legal actions can they taake against me? The reason I ask is because I signed a post dated check to make repayment and i'm worried that might fall under the hot check law.Any advice?

I had one with them they actually give you 2 weeks if u can't refinance if u can't they will have to send it to Corp office and u can call then and set up a payment plan then if u can't do that it goes to collections outta California mine was a 500 dollar loan but I paid on it for a year and got nowhere of course but they will work with you just communicate
