anyone have any luck working with these two internet payday lenders. I live in Texas and i am having problems deciphering the state law pertaining to internet lenders not licensed in Texas.

I have Bank of America and i have not been able to close account yet due to pending transaction. Has anyone had any luck get a ACH block with them.

magnum, if you dont pay them back they will send you to a collection agency in new york....they collection agency is called security credit.....

Do you know if they will make payment arrangements or if they just automatically send to the collection agency?

I sent notices to all 4 of my online payday companies and Magnum was actually the only one to not try to put an ACH through.

An ACH block never worked for me, they just changed their name and continued to debit. Cash Transfer Centers isn't even in this country (U.S.), they are about as illegal as the day is long.

luckily I had closed my account with BOA before the ACH transactions hit. BOA returned them and refunded my NSF charges since I had already closed my account. So far i have not heard from Cash Transfer Centers or Magnum. I figure anyday now it will start. I have heard from the Loan Shop and CMG. The Loan Shop will not respond back from my emails. I have reported a complaint with the Delaware BBB, hopefully I will hear something back from that soon. CMG - they are really hard to track a correct address from. They have left me alone after I told them I would not pay them anymore than 25 dollars. I am sure a collection agency will start calling on that soon as well. Thanks to this community I feel like I can actually do this.

Just wanted to let everyone know - I just received an email from Magnum and they are more than willing to work out a payment plan for the principle amount. They even gave me a mailing address to make payments to. The email was very friendly and helpful. I feel so much better. I know i have to gear up for the CTC fight.
