I have info. on Cash Transfer Centers. Actually, I have done all my correspondence through email with them and gotten very quick responses.They are available 24/7. However, here is all the information I have for them:

I have not settled yet. I have re-loaned at least 7 times. As you know they make you pay it in full and then you can take it out again. I will be defaulting this Friday since I closed my account 2 days ago and changed banks last Tuesday. Any advice on how to settle with them?

Cannr1 - You said you have had good luck with e-mail? Are they willing to work with you? The lady who is calling me from BC is totally not willing to do anything for me. It is like talking to a brick wall.

I am in pretty much the same boat as "jcornell". I closed my bank account a few weeks ago and have tried several times to contact these people via email to set up some kind of payments, but have never received a response. They will not stop calling my office. I refuse to talk to them over the phone because I cannot understand them and prefer to have any payment arrangements and/or agreements in writing. I guess I need to know is if anyone has been sued by them or what further action they can take against me if they refuse to correspond in writing and/or set up payments?

They threaten to garnish your wages - so make sure you send tham a revokation of that. Someone in their collection dept keeps calling me as well, Brenda Garcia. One day her and I argued for 20 straight minutes. It is like talking to a brick wall - you get nowhere. I am just going to start sending them payment by money order every month to the PA address. Make sure that you file a complaint against them with your state's AG. It took them several months to respond to my state's AG but when they did, they marked my account Paid in Full. I could hardly believe my eyes!
