I just checked the status of my complaint against Cash Transfer Centers and the Status states "NM- Complaint Validated use OTTO" does anyone know what this means? I hope it doesn't mean it's a valid debt???

It means that your complaint has been successfully received, reviewed by a mediator and forwarded to the business. You should receive a response from the business in the next 7-10 days.

This is true, but with CashTransfer Centers, I wouldn't hold my breath, since these offshores seem to feel like they're above US law. Keep us posted.

They haven't agreed to anything. The BBB shows today that they validated the complaint and sent it on to the company for response. CTC has until Aug. 4th to respond.
