I'm sure there are many people here who can help you, but you need to give a few more details first. The amount borrowed, and paid back. The state you are in, and whether this is an Internet loan or a Store front loan.

The dtore front is in Dallas Texas and I borrowed $300.00. A anoumous man claled my job and stated he would take me to jail and charge me with Theft by check if i do not agree to meet him and give him 465.00

YES, I have the number he called from and checked it on phonenumbers.com...It goes back to Jos Phillips at an address in an apatment complex and he claims to be David Kline.
