Is someone harassing you or trying to collect on a debt that isn't yours?
The C&D letters are what you send when you are dealing with a CA, usually.
I had a CA trying to collect years ago on a debt that was paid off.
They will not work with original creditors, only CAs.
I just wrote that this debt had been paid off 9 years ago and to C&D from contaacting me. Others have written them when they are wanting contact only through the mail and not the phone.
