ameriloan is calling, calling, calling and said they will keep calling. I told them to go ahead and do what they have to do. That's when they start getting nasty and talking junk. I told them I would send a cease and desist letter and she said that you can't send me anything because we don't have an address. I said whateveeerrrr!!!! How can I stop them from calling me at work!!

Thanks guys they said they will call everyday!! They really have no professionalism when you refuse to pay. They get down right nasty. Fortunately, their scare tactics don't work with me.

Hang in there. How much have you paid them so far against what you borrowed. What state are you in?

Interesting how many of these outfits seem to have mailing addresses in Oklahoma; are they all connected, or is there something lacking in Oklahoma laws that they want to have their addresses there? just curious!

A lot of them are MTE related. MTE alone has well over 20 d/b/a's. Gotta love 'em!

Mr Williams ...we are not a Pay day lender. This is a forum dedicated to assisting people in getting out of the PDL trap/debt.

Hmmm, United Cash Loans used that 000 000 0000 phone number when calling me, too. (they're using a couple of different 800 #s now). So I'd assume it's all under the MTE/MNE "umbrella" down on the reservation. Idle curiosity, has anyone ever heard about anyone approaching the tribal leaders for that land about not allowing the PDl's to use their address anymore? Don't know that it would do any good, as "money talks..."

I paid off my previous loan in full & you still refuse to talk to me, this is corporate america for you. Consumers always take it in the seat even when we do things right

Mr. Williams; to repeat what NASCAR Devil said, this is NOT ameriloan or any other Payday Loan site.
