Everyones desk ..
I just found out CTC called 5 different people at my company .. LOL
What can I do to make them stop this?

No I thought I read that since they are the OC that they didnt have to abide by one.
Did I misunderstand?

they have to stop calling your work if you tell them not to.send a limited C&D letter.even the OC has to stop calling your employer when they receive that.

Are you talking about Cash Transfer Centers ? If you are they will call everyone in your company. You need to send them a letter revoking the voluntary wage assignment ASAP and give one to your HR dept. They did the same thing to me and garnished my wages. (I had my garnish waged only because my HR lady is a B----!) and she was really mean about it, but you can fight it so send that letter right away by email, fax and most important certified.

ive explained to my HR person how illegal they are and I was thinking that she wouldnt do it, but I actually have to try and get something from the Commissioner of Finance or she might allow it.
