Just so everyone is aware Payday Yes aka FFD Resources IV, LLC, 501 Silverside Rd, Ste. 125, Wilmington, DE 19809, 1-800-420-8023, won't stop calling. In July they assured me that they were ceasing collections and putting my acct up for sale. I've received a couple calls from them asking me to call back. I just responded "why are you calling me if you have ceased collections on this account". If you wish to communicate with me, pls do so by email only. Are these guys legal? Think it will work? My latest was a report to the BBB/.

File your complaint with the local attorney general also. Search them with the dept of financial corp also about their licensed business. How much is the loan for and how much have you paid so far? You need to be aware of your state laws if you have any outstanding balance left with them.

These people keep calling me and I don't know why. I don't have an outstanding loan with them. UGH.

IPDLIDIOTINNY! Payday loans are illegal in NY period! If you paid back the principal forget about it. Just tell them the law and hang up!
