I'm having a hard time finding out if the following payday lenders are CFSA Members. Does anyone have experience any of these companies? Has anyone been able to make payment arrangements with them? THe Loan Shop Online , Cash Spot and Cash Direct Express? I live in Ohio and cant find any info on our database either!? Please Help!

If these are online PDLs they are probably not members.

The Loan Shop Online is definitely not!!!! I had a loan with them and to be honest they accepted my proposal of only paying back the principal because they know they are illegal. Call them and see what you can arrange. I borrowed $300 paid back $90 3 times via ach debit then closed my account. I settled for $30 owed and I got a PIF from them.

This is really disturbing to me. I was just looking at the website to see who are all members of the CFSA, and if I was looking at it correctly, it said that E-care Contact Centers is a member. Isn't this the company that runs Sonic, Paydayavenue, and CTC?

Sonic Payday is out of Malta..............no way are they CFSA. I dont know about the others.
