As many of you know, I sent out letters to my PDL companies. I also faxed them this morning again. My question, do I change the dates on the letter each time I mail or fax them?? How often should I fax them and/or mail them?
Until I get word from them via email or US mail, should I just ignore phone calls and go about my life??
Thanks guys!

I would change the dates, but keep records of all the dates that you sent them. That way you can show that you sent them this day, this day, etc...
I ignore the phone calls. Like volley said in another thread, everytime they call I email them stating that I will not talk with them on the phone but am more than willing to have an email or USPS conversation with them.

Thats great advice pyb....when I resent mine in the mail, I also changed the dates on mine but added a blurb in the letter that this was originally sent on XX date OR at the top of the letter, but SECOND NOTICE or something like that

That sounds like a good idea volley..I didn't ever change my date on my letter I just put it in BOLD PRINT and then noted in the letter that this is XX number of times I have sent this letter with no response. Mine were sent by email as I didn't have a physical address, or when I had a fax number I saved the fax coversheet.

I did what Volley did and if I e-mailed, printed of the properties, if I faxed, printed off the fax send report.
