I don't think you can plus eve if you could it still may very well be a bad idea. Are these internet or store front PDL's?
If you want advice on how to deal with PDL's post in the PDL section of this site. What state do you live in, what PDL companies you are dealing with, are they internet, the amount borrowed and how much you have paid back.
Welcome to the site

Hi
Filing Chapter 13 for pdls is an extremely bad idea. How much do you owe in pdls...we have a separate section on dealing with payday loans you can surely get a lot of info there.

You can include payday loans as long as they are more then 90 days old.
But that doesn't mean that BK is the right choice. It may be, but we would need much more info to help you make an informed decision.

Any debt, PDL or otherwise, needs to be at least 90-days old for a BK. If they didnt catch it on your free consult, they will when they go to file. This stops people from going out and spending like crazy, buying a house, car etc...then turn around and file BK the next week.

You actually can file on debt under 90 days old. Thing is the creditor can object and your whole case is thrown out. That is why you shouldn't even try . . . .

OK I see...I know when we went for a consult a while back, the atty said dont even bother listing anything 90 days or less....for good reason as you listed above.

Yeah, it's not worth risking the company not objecting . . . . . If you are filing, you don't want your case thrown out!
