Can anybody help me get out of my payday loans? They're spiraling out of control. They are from check cashing stores - not the internet. I really need help!

Please tell us what state you are in. Also , let us know who your lenders are , how mych borrowed and how much already paid. IF your store fronts are members of the CFSA they must evoke the epp. Extended payment plan. This allows you to pay off in 4 installments , provided that you have not yet defaulted.
