Just a little background info I''m in Missouri All of my PDL''s are internet.
Cashnetusa borrowed 450/pd461/owe450
Fastwirecash borr325/pd/192/owe363
Paychecktoday borr250/pd310/owe130 quickestcashadvance borr300/pd562/owe158
Checkngo borr500/pd470/owe348
Checkintocash borr300/pd257/owe258
ameriloan borr300/pd180/owe38 I've spent some time on these forum and I really thought I could do this my self, but the bullying is starting all ready. CheckintoCash just informed me that I cannot revoke my ACH debit with them. That I cannot enter a repayment plan with them unless I direct deposit my check into account that they have access to. Is this true? I'm a really low key person, so arguing screaming and threats increase my anxiety 10fold. What do I do next. I've emailed all or call them about the ACH revocation and no access to my account b/c it is frozen. How do I get them to negotiate with me regarding a settlement. Please I need answers. Thanks in advance.

Checkintocash is crazy. You can revoke ACH authorizations on any debt. . .legal or illegal. It is strictly a voluntary situation. Don't let them tell you otherwise.

Honestly, the only way to break the PDL cycle is to default. It is scary beacuse of the harrasment by phone calls, but IT is the ONLY way. Unless you have a huge chunk of money to just pay them off. Shoot half of them are way overpaid anywayz. It is time to fight back, take control of your money and stand up for what is rightfully yours. We Americans work too hard to be ripped Off! If I knew back then what I know now, I would have never done it! Amen to that! Laughing

You could always pay a company like PDL Assistance or Langhorne debt solutions to settle it for you if you don`t want to take the time and stress settling your self. That is always an option. But trust me if you hang in there you can settle these on your own. When they get nasty don`t let them upset you. Heck , when they threaten you just laugh. They can`t do anything but talk. They are all bark and no bite. Believe it or not the ball is in your court not theirs . You have the power now , NOT them. You set the terms of the settlement not them. Take control of the conversation.

I agree, the only way to "get them to sit up straight and pay attention" is to default on the loans. I know it seems drastic but it is the only way. Once you have revoked they will start to get the picture. We have all done this. They also have to know that you are not just sending idle threats. File complaints with the BBB, the AG, the FTC, the Banking Department, anyone and everyone who has authority over them. Then contact their processor and be sure and let the PDL know that you have done so. I know it seems overwhelming sometimes. I know it is time consuming. BUT you can do this. Once you get the ball rolling it will be easier for you to deal with them. Nobody likes screaming matches or confrontations but it is the only way that you will get out of this and be the victor. Don't give in to the nonsense they try and feed you. Eventually they will fold and you will have your PIF's in hand. Chin up and keep us posted.

I agree with the others. Stay strong--but one word of caution here. If I'm not mistaken, Check into Cash is a storefront, which means they are probably licensed in your state and as such, would follow the state laws. Definately default and do what you have to do, but contact them to arrange a payment plan that you can live with. Good luck and keep us informed.

Check into Cash should be able to offer an EPP, since they are CFSA. At least that is what they did for me.

You have listed your PDLs as internet. If any are in deed, storefront, you should take advantage of other options open to you.

I know that Check into cash, Check n Go, and Cashnetusa are legal PDL's. but they are all internet not storefront. when I contacted the storefront they say they are different from interenet. MTE. called today they informed me that upon return of the ACH on tomorrow the total balance is due immeddiately. Aren't they illegal? SO what is my next step with the illegals? Fastwire I owe $133 of the principle.
I've over paid Paychecktoday, and Quickest cash Advance.
ameriloan I owe $120 of the principle. The (3) legals I'm looking for a 3-4 month repayment plan, with no more interest. Is this reasonable.

Paychecktoday, Quickest cash Advance, and ameriloan are all d/b/a of MTE. Those are all ILLEGAL. Only pay the principal on those. The LEGAL ones should only let you repay principal with an extended payment plan like you stated. I never heard of Fastwire Rolling Eyes

I have dealt with ameriloan and know they are a pain. They are probably going to call you to death, so my advise to you is to send them a cease and desist letter, detailing how they can contact you. You can find templates on the site.

Cash Net USA and Fastwire are also licensed in every state they lend in. They will be legal too.
