Have you defaulted on the store front loans also? All of them? This is very important, because if you haven't, then you can evoke the epp on the stores which are CFSA members, I'm pretty sure Cash Net USA is. The epp is an extended payment plan, that means they would allow you to make four equal payments instead of paying them all at once, but only if you go into the store BEFORE the due date of the loans. I see that Cash Store is currently in collections so you won't be able to evoke the epp with them.

Internet loans -

USA Cash - We'd have to check on this one.
Ameriloan - unlicensed/illegal
Paycheck Today - unlicensed/illegal
CashNetUSA - licensed/legal

Storefront loans:

Cash Store - since you've been turned over to collections, you should be able to work out some kind of payment plan with them to get it paid down.

QC Finance - is this Quik Cash? Or is the name of the storefront?

Check City - I do believe is a member of the CFSA.

Checksmart - I do believe is a member of the CFSA.

Check It Out - I'm not showing them as a member.

USA Cash is USA Cash Services. Their webpage is very similar to Ameriloan and they both send identical emails. Neither one of them will send me any paperwork or payoff. They say it's all online and I can't send them a money order either. If they are illegal, what is the next step? We have closed our account, so they can't get any money, but do we have to do anything so they don't attach to our credit reports?

QC Finance is taking the case to County Court on Friday. They call my work, my husband's, our phones, and text everyday several times. They are the only one's going to extreme measures. Is there anything we can do about it?
