I've been so disgusted and distraught for so many months. My paychecks are not enough to cover the mess that I've gotten myself into, much less pay anything else. Here's my pdl situation:
Payday Loan Yes (Cashnet)
Borrowed 350 (8/22)
Have paid 300 principal and 930 fees (how disgusting)
My Loans USA
borrowed 300 (10/25)
have paid 90 fees
Ameriloan
350 (10/1
paid 105 fees
Impact Cash
borrowed 300 (9/7)
paid 360 fees
Apple (Fast-Cash-Personal-Loans)
borrowed 700 (7/3)
paid 539.86 prin 1019.93 fees
Quickest Cash Advance (MTE)
borrowed 300 (8/15)
paid 100 prin 525 fees
Magnum Cash Advance
borrowed 943 (10/31)
paid 234.52 fees
Cashnet USA
borrowed 700 (9/19)
paid 50 prin 630 fees
500 Fast Cash
borrowed 300 (8/
paid 150 prin 585 fees
These are all internet loans and I live in Pennsylvania. I have stopped my direct deposit because I couldn't take it anymore. I went to my bank on Thursday to close my account & because I had 3 pending transactions (not pdl stuff), they wouldn't close it. Friday PDL stuff hit the bank and my account is now 1200 short & that's without and bank fees. I also had a PDL with Cash Transfer Center, that was paid in full as part of my 1200 deficit. I would appreciate any help - sorry this is so long! On a high note - the Steelers beat the Brownies - woo-hoo!

Welcome to our forum...and we are glad that you have been reading here. OK...In PA internet loans can be legal depending on whether or not they are licensed any where. So you will need to look up each one, find the state of origin and then check on that state attorney web site to see if they carry a license. If they do then they are considered legal and you will have to contact them to make arrangements to pay off the loan. That said if they are illegal and not licensed you must send them a letter revoking their right to debit your account (because they will continue until your bank freezes it)and revoking any wage assignments. You will also give that letter to your hr person at work to prevent them trying to assign your wages. I would also suggest you contact your bank and explain the situation. Unfortunately this happened to me and I ended up be responsible for the total of nsf's I had. Please post any other questions you may have....

Oh, t, I'm soooooooo sorry. You have been ripped off big time by some unlicensed/illegal companies. You poor thing. I can just glance and tell you off hand that some are not going to be licensed/legal. Let's see....
Ameriloan - unlicensed/illegal
Quickest Cash Advance - unlicensed/illegal
500FastCash - unlicensed/illegal
CashNetUSA will be licensed/legal - you will have to abide by their state pdl law.
I don't believe Magnum is; however, I can not say for POSITIVE, so that one would need to be checked on. Same for Impact and Apple. My Loans USA and PayDayLoanYes will also need to be checked on.
But right off, there are 3 illegal and 1 legal so far.

I totally understand where u are coming from. I too got way in over my head and everything that I made went to these pdl companies. I was so stressed and i did not know which way to turn. By chance I found this web site and I have read and listened to the advice these awesome people have given me. Follow what they say and some of the stress will be gone although it may never be gone until everything is taken care of. i am going to follow whatever these knowledgable people say because i was not able to do it on my own. Hang in there it does get better

Thank you guys - I'm in panic mode - any suggestions where I can find the state of origin for these companies? I looked through my loan documents and don't see anything - except for Apple which looks like it might be Delaware. But on the Apple site there's a link to 500Fastcash which you say is illegal....

500 Fast Cash, Ameriloan, Quickest Cash Advance, One Click Cash, many, many, many others are all d/b/a's of MTE Financial. Unlicensed/illegal. They have so many d/b/a's that you can't even laugh about it.

I'm also showing the "mysterious" My Loan USA as a d/b/a of MTE Financial. Could be wrong, but probably not.
