I find it interesting that 1800899cash who claims to be licensed in Delaware with Frascella Enterprises won't reply to the Delaware BBB and is already rated unsatisfactory. The Delaware BBB has stated they can't do anything else but want me to file with the NY AG (already have) and the FTC.
At the bottom of the BBB response is the following statement | Quote: |
By following through with your complaint, you may be able to help others avoid the same situation. |
I'd gladly do all I could to help others avoid this hell but somedays I feel like the government agencies are just not on the same page. I won't quit filing but it just doesn't seem to do much more than raise my blood pressure!

mperez, I know it's frustrating. A whole lot of the complaints I've filed with the AG never responded to the AG. (Why am I not surprised?) They have now sent out second letters to them. They probably won't respond to them either. I don't get it........

I know somedays I feel like I am walking in circles. Every letter says sorry can't help you but write so and so. Helloooooooooo that is who told me to write you!

Guys, I have a question...What happens if the PDL just decides not to respond to the AG, or other agency? I would assume that the agency would attempt to contact them again (like in Cannr's case), but then what? Do we have to file again at some point if the PDL doesn't respond?

jen, that's my question also! Now that my AG has sent the first letter and received no response from them, they have sent a second letter. Of course, they have another 30 days to respond (Ho Hum). So, I'm waiting to see what I get from the AG if they get no response at all from the pld's. I guess a letter saying they never responded? Then what? Maybe the letter from the AG will tell me. If so, I'll be sure and post. I'm thinking these illegal pdl's are never going to respond to the AG. Why in the world would they? But it makes you wonder. What happens if they never do? I guess I'll find out sooner or later!

Ah! The famous waiting game! and the famous running in circles. Like we don't have anything better to do! Guess we should be happy that they are doing something. Sometimes I feel like I am on pins and needles waiting for their response, then to hear sorry you got to wait another 30 days!! Aggravating.
