Please let me know. I am forming a group to attack them with "Class Action" status. You will not need to pay them anything and you will be entitled to a refund of past payments.

You would need to be looking for people in a particular state - Unless you have lawyers in each state.
BTW - Class action lawsuits usually only benefit the lawyers involved. They get rich, and you get like $5 back. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but I am saying don't expect to get your money back.

No. Call their office at 866-666-2233. Explain to them that you are well aware of their location in Burlington NJ and you demand they no longer ACH your account. Contact Gail Sauter at 702-240-5295 and be certain to revoke authorization via email gsauter@advantagepaymentsys.com and specify you are a USA PDL customer that lives in FL where they do not have legal lending authority. Be certain to inform the USA PDL staff as well. Please return and let others know how this goes. Thanks.
