For MTE have you paid them anything towards what you have borrowed? I had a loan with them as well. I had overpaid by several hundred dollars. I went through the BBB online and I searched MTE. I filed a dispute under contratcts with each BBB State I found MTE in. I filed it as a contract dispute as they were not legal in my state and requested a refund. The came back and answered but not to my satisfacton so I responded again through them and they agreed to close my account as PIF. If you owe them money towards the principal I would put the terms in which you want to settle it in the resolution section on the complaint form. Do not accept anything other than paying via the mail ot moneygram.

well im not sure what is going on. I had funds in teh amount of $300 put into my acct. they tried to withdraw $90 on the 19th and it returned. I have spoke with them and they have not said anything in reguards to that return, nor did i mention it. When i called MTE in the first place they stated that needed to call a diff number then another #. I got to Instantcashusa of which apparently is the same place/diff name. I am not able to view a contract on this instant cash site so they emialed one to me with MTE financial on it. I did file with the BBB havent heard from them as of yet, it was just the other day. I heard from ameriloan quickly though.
So i guess i still owe them $300 i jsut want it all gone
thanks

Have you sent the letter to MTE from this site? I started with that and sent it two times. It sounds like you haven't paid anything back towards the principal that you borrowed so in your complaint through the BBB I would suggest coming up with the plan you propose to pay them back what you owe.

what and where is this letter, i would love to send it to them and did you send it through email or post office. oh and i agree that i owe the funds 100%, i have just found out a few days ago all of these loans so many that are illegal and i want to take care of this and i dont have $300 today to take care of it, wish i did.
would you also suggest that i only owe the principal or the additional $90 fee.
thanks

The letter is on here somewhere... I just can't remember where since it has been so long ago that I was going through this. I would look under the "sampe letters" in "useful links" in green to the right. Copy the letter with your states PDL Law information. I faxed mine to them twice. I guess what you own would depend on your states PD laws. I would just be concerned with paying the principal back as I don't think MTE is legal anywhere.

Thank you angell.
I just got an email back from "mike" from MTE/instantcashusa becauase i had asked the other day if the could wait to take out the $90 till the 5th whenthey were going to take it out on the 2nd.
They emailed saying they will take it out on the 5th and asked me to let them know my next 4 paydates!!
What is really that i owe them. Should i continue and say i only owe the 300. please help
thanks
