I am in pdl pain right now. I work two jobs and still never have any money when I get paind because of the pdl's. I have 4 pdls right now and I've been reading that 3 of them are unlicensed in the US, I believe. United Cash Loans, Cash Transfer Centers and Outback Bucks. I have the letters ready to email and mail and I am going to the bank today. Does anyone know if the bank will refund the charges if you talk to them the day the ACH's come out? My account is overdrawn and I'm freaking out right now.

that is up to your bank, queen.. they might be able to take some of them off. the only way to really secure your account is to close it. a temporary hard block works but it has to be closed to be 100% safe, they will find ways to come in and take your money and banks only help so much, if at all.

I live in Tennessee but most of my payday loans are online lenders. I have a total of 7 online and 2 locally. I am thinking of closing my account to try to work with the lenders when I contacted them they were not willing to work with me although I have paid them for a very long time. I bank with Bank of America. Can anyone give me any advice on payday loan consolidation help? From what I have read on the web these companies are costly and its hard to find a legitimate one also but I don't want to risk being called repeatedly while I am at work.
