Thanks for this message; the same thing happened to me yesterday at my bank, Bank of America. I went online thinking of applying for a loan, but decided not to, but they already had my information since I had applied but declined their offers. I had applied and gotten a loan back in 2008 from another bank but closed that account and opened in another bank. They found me and took 400 from my checking account and I fought it. NOw the money is back in my account but they said that my agreemenent with them was violated when I closed the old account. I was so embarrassed because the bank rep was on the telephone call since she contacted them. Now they said that they would deduct 200 every month until I pay loan, but I really feel like closing the account and opening in another bank. Its not that I don't want to pay, its that I cannot afford to pay right now. Groan.....

I live in PA. I am scared of my bank. I have three payday loans:
$700- Cash Spot
$600- Cash Jar
$400- Southern Financial-- which seems soooooo shady
My bank account is currently overdrawn 400+
I need my car payment to go through.
Questions-
What is the paperwork I need to go to the bank?
Should I call a consolidation group first? Is there a non profit one?
