I need help. A company named Geneva Roth keeps debiting my checking account with out my authorization. I took out one payday loan last August, which I paid off in full. I had a completely different bank at the time, so I have no idea how they got my Bank of America account #. They took $400 out a couple of weeks ago, and I called BoA and disputed it. They were great and put the $400+ NSF I was charged back in within a matter of days. This morning, I check my bank and bam - there are 5 different debits for $90 a piece that came out of my checking account this morning. What do I do? I didn't authorize these. Can I dispute them all with Bank of America again and get my money back?
I'm thinking the only way to make this stop is to close this BofA account completely out. This will prevent future debits, right? I already have another Bank of America account, so I'm not worried about closing this one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you need call the company that is taking the money out. You can get the information from your bank by calling them and asking who it is that is taking the money, they may also have their phone number that they can give you. Then you need to tell the bank that you did not authorize the transactions and put a block on your account no ACH's and if you have a debit card that they are using you need to cancel that card. I hope this helps. At least that is what my bank and lawyer told me to do.
Good luck

Yes, I would hard debit block close on the account and then have Bank of America's fraud dept do what they are paid to do. I'm surprised they did suggest this to you the first time.
