If they are legal, then you have NOT overpaid them.

Call the Depat. of Finance in your state. They will tell you for sure if these pdl companies are licensed in your state. If they are lecensed in your state then you have to pay whatever they are asking. If they are not licensed in your state than just pay back the exact amount you borrowed.

Excuse me, these answers are correct. If a pdl is legal in your state than you are required to pay them what they are asking for. I have been on this site for several years amd think I doo know what I am talking about.

josh, what state are you in? for legal loans, it depends on your state's laws.. sometimes giving them what they ask for means that you are over-paying because even if a company is legal, they might still be asking for fees or rollovers that are too high for your state's limits.
if the loan is not legal, you morally would have to pay what was borrowed but that is all.

If you go to the search box in the upper right hand corner and type in the name of the PDL company you want information on you can read what other members had to say about them and their experience in dealing with them.
