I have closed out my bank account and so I am going to send emails to the following companies:

OneClickCash
Cold Cash
Cash Central
Cashnetusa
Onestepcash
Goodtimes Cash
Mycashnow
ABC Payday - Payday loan yes

I sent one to Kingston Financial and haven't heard a word from them.

I live in Utah and realize that Cash Central and Cashnetusa are licensed. I am also filing bankruptcy. Should I include this information in the email to all the payday loan companies even the illegal ones? I have already sent letters to the store front companies with my attorney's contact information.

I am just scared that I will be bombarded at work and on my cell number with harassing calls. I don't want them calling my references either. I am just so scared.

Any advice? I welcome it!!! Thank you!

Quite honestly, I'm not sure if you should or shouldn't include the Bankruptcy information in your letters. Common sense tells me they will ignore it anyway, after all, they ignore the payday loan laws, BUT, that's strictly my opinion. Perhaps someone else has dealt with this situation, keep checking back for more replies.
