A wage assignment is Volunatry and can be revoked at anytime. To do this, you must draft a letter to your PDL company revoking the wage assignment.

I would ensure to send it to your payroll dept first. What state are you in and is this an internet lender?

No, they are not legal in Colorado. Colorado requires Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

This company is also known as payday2go, they will threaten and harass you to death if you let them. All you are obligated to pay them is the principal amount your borrowed.

i need help asap. when i borrowed $300 from these people that i really did not need and this is what happen. the guy told me that they will take $75 out of my banking account until the loan is paid off.$300+ $75 in interest total $375. i called them the day of my last payment to ask what would it take to reapply for a loan. a lady answered the phone with kids in the background 1st red flag. she looked at my account and told me that i had one more payment to make, then i could reapply all over again. after the last payment withdrew from my account they took another $75 so i called. i said you've taken $450 from my account why the 3rd person told me that the $75 was only an extension not included in the full balance. long story short i closed my account and a year later today 4/3/09 they are garnishing my payroll check of 20% in the amount of $600.can anyone here tell me where to start.i cant let this continue if i am to have a roof over my head

Did they get a judgement against you in court?

What state do you live in?

An Illegal PDL located off shore can not get a judgement in a court . The op must mean that they sent a wage assignment to her employer. Payday2go is famous for doing this. Her employer should not have honored it. She needs to explain that it was done illegally and possibly her employer will realize that it is not a legal wage deduction.
also op should have given her employer a revocation of wage assigment.
