I live in Colorado and have 7 payday loans. They are:

Check City (Online) $575
Check City (Store Front) $575
Payday Cash (Store Front) $575
Ace Cash Loans (Store Front) $575
Speedy Cash (Store Font) $360
Check into Cash (Online) $575
Cashnet USA (Online) $575

My checking acct is overdrawn today because Advance America sent in a check that I had arrangements on. I have spoken to the branch manager at my bank and I am closing my account tomorrow.

What do I do?? Can I be sued??? I am so stressed out, I'm losing sleep... Please Help!!

Legal lenders can sue.

It does not surprise me that advance america did that to you as the did the same to me.
