You know cannr this is hard work. I feel like I am working part time but it is all worth it.

Yes, if you can send me a PIF sample and overpaid sample with refund and lets see what happens. That would be a great help.

I have to work on the Payday OK and add all the fees I have paid and see what happens? I have read from the forum they do PIF and refunds.

How many PIF have you gotten so far?

Thank God for this forum, you all are great!

Hey queen, I had ten payday loans, 9 internet and one storefront. A couple of the pdls were pretty quick to call me, like Payday Avenue, Payday OK, and Payday Select but the rest of them were pretty slow. I think they try to take money out of your account a few times before they get the hint and try to contact you. Most of mine did it through email thank God. And yes, Sonic Cash IS crazy. I dealt with them under the dba of Payday Avenue. I got most of my pdl's taken care of with the help of this forum and the Ohio AG but not every AG's office is as helpful.

Queen-I have the same bank as you. I saw your post about the merge. They weren't that bad up here, but only because they were in the wrong. I put a stop payment on Cashnet USA and they let it through. The CS rep I spoke with on the phone should have told me I was too late. I needed 24 FULL hours. Not just put s stop payment on Thursday for Friday's debit. Some PDL's will actually debit on Thursday nights so it hits your account first thing on Friday morning.I got that cleared up and got my money back. We'll all get through this. It won't be easy, but at least we know, we are not alone, anymore.

Oh yes, queen. It is a part time job. But, you know, you're doing it and it's working. And you're saving money by not having someone do it for you! However, it does take work. I've gotten about 4 refunds (luckily they were easy ones to deal with through the BBB), about 3 pif's, and the other 5 (yes, I had 12 to begin with!) are ones I'm too stubborn to back down from. 4 are MTE related and 1 is one of the overseas illegal ones. So....I figure I'm doing pretty darn good. I refuse to back down to MTE. And I refuse to deal with the overseas one. Guess I'm just a stubborn person who likes aggrevation from pdl's. LOL! I'm also pm'ing you regarding the letters.

Yes, MTE. When I spoke with them, they kept on saying you refuse to pay. I said, I am not refusing but my AG office said I over paid on rollever fees and my account should be marked as PIF. They are hard a_ s. Who is your overseas one? CTL?

MTE is Satan . I can not say it enough. They are horrible liers. That's why I refuse to bow down to them and their so called "settlement offers" when it's outrageous or I've already overpaid! No, they're not getting any more money! They have a split personality like Sybil! My overseas one is Cash Today. Yes, wonderful Cash Today. So totally illegal Cash Today. And PM is easy and fun! If you look to the right, you'll see "You have 1 new message" or "You have no new messages". If you have a message, just click on it and it'll take you to a page where your messages are. Click on the message and it'll pop up for you to read. You can reply to it. There are little buttons to click on to reply.

Queen...I wouldn't be too worried about them not contacting you...if we have learned anything about these (I'm not sure what to call them in polite society) is that they react differently every minute of the day. There can be 2 of us with loans from the same ipdl and one of us will get calls every 10 minutes all day and the other nothing for months! I have 3 now that I have not heard from since I sent my letters out 06/14!

Guys, I went into my old bank this morning because I still have access to it and Cash NET USA went in 4 days before the loan is due. Do you all find that strange? Thank God that account is close but I can see things entering and things credit and being return.

Any suggestions forum?

As long as your bank is crediting you for the debits...your ok...just keep a watch on it. And no it's not strange for them to do things like that...I have one that tried 2x a day for about a week...

No, queen, unfortunatly it's not strange. These pdl's will continue to try to hit your bank account forever. You will be amazed. Some of mine kept trying to hit for over a month! This was after I'd informed them the account was closed and they could no longer debit! A little slow, aren't they? LOL! But, your bank is doing an awesome job by rejecting them. So, don't be surprised when they continue to try to debit your old account.

you guys need to learn the law - Cashnet USA is a CSO in FL which doesn't follow the same laws!
