I just filed a complaint with my state about ameriloan, not sure where it will get me, but hopefully it will stop them from loaning illegally, im sure they have their ways.
when i call sure sounds like a legit company of course they will though, they are making some big $$, even though i asked to speak with a supervisor and she was hesitant and she was, they all must be

Also contacted their BBB and they were very familiar with ameriloan, she said i probably will have something if they are not licensed in michigan

now i just wonder how long it will take for them to get back with me, i know it depends on ameriloan, but from whats been noted here in the message boards it looks like its been quick

I still say that you need to take steps to protect your checking account. Once they know you mean business they will hit your account for the full amounts! Even breaking them down into smaller amounts.
