They just left me a message saying that they recieved my complaint from the BBB and to call them back

they just sent me an e-mail stating that they responded to the bbb and would like to close my account. I'm wanting for the bbb response b/f I e-mail him back was his name tom morrow?

Yes I did that's why I'm not responding to him until I hear from bbb to get my refund of 120 back and yes tom morrow is his name email address tmorrow(at)ltsmanagement.com

That is sooooo funny! Congrats to you Kate, i'm happy for you.
The funny thing is that they already sent me a pif but they are saying that was because the bank hadnt returned the money yet! So now I owe them again, I dont know what to do!

Just do a search in the search box there are plenty of people that have had dealings with them, me included. They operate under numerous names some like dms marketing they are based out of Kansas City, MO and wilmington de also. I would send a complaint to your ag's office in your state and the state of missouri delaware, and the bbb of kansas city...I did and the whole situation got resolved very quickly.

jaydanielle...take it from someone who has been dealing with Loanshop aka Westbury Ventures aka DMSMarketing..etc. for the last 6 months. If they sent you a pif...take it...file it away and ignore them. They can do nothing to you...if they could I would surely have been to court by now.
Beth...you need to go to your bank and tell them this is an unauthorized transaction immediately...if you haven't got you money back yet.
