Since the overdraft of my account 5 weeks ago, I have only been contacted by One company. Of course, it would be $500 fast cash. The gentlman called me at work and asked when I could pay on my account and I told him "when I have it". He just said OK and hung up. Is that weird or what??????????? He has never called back and the other company still with a balance has not called me either. Things are too quiet. I'M DEFINITELY NOT COMPLAINIG, JUST EXPECTED WORSE TO HAPPEN.

500 fast cash didn't really bother me too much. I still owe them some money but will pay when I have it lol. So hang in there and just keep telling them that when they call.

bflow, my friend, be very leery. USFastCash popped up after more than 2 months and hit my bank! Jerks. 500FashCash/USFastCash - sound familiar? Does MTE come into mind here?

Thie people will not stop harrasing you, I just finished settling with them on 8/16/2007 for $95. Now one of their other company (United Cash Loan) is trying to settle and have started calling me. I just faxed them the complaint inquiry from the Tulsa, OK Better Business Bureau in which they stated that my account had been charged off and marked paid in full and that I was barred from doing business with any of their PDLs companies. Also they said they would not give me a refund ever ($210). so I faxed them the document from the BBB I have not heard anything yet will see. I figured that if I settled with 500 Fastcash they were going to come back and try to settle the other 2 pdl (United and One Click Cash). Habe not heard anything about One Click Cash yet but I am sure I will they also owe me a refund but I won't count on it. Just keep on telling them that you will pay them when you got it and maybe the'go away LOL!

spanisheyes, that's the problem with the pdl's that are affiliated. Once they start settling and you agree to a settlement with one, they start rolling the others in trying for another settlement to get more money. And, no, you will probably not get a refund. Hell, they're already illegal. They more than likely aren't going to "suddenly change" and start handing out money to thousands of people who overpaid (unfortunately). But this is why I still have all my MTE's. I didn't settle with one of them. I refused any settlement. They tried the other two after the first one. I refused those two also. So the battle continues. I just figured - first of all, I had overpaid the illegal company and wasn't about to pay them more money. Plus the fact that I knew if I settled with one, the others would come running and want to settle. Hell, I did agreed with all three, I'd be like paying a whole loan off again! And I had overpaid each one of these! So, that's why I'm still battling with them. Good luck to you. I hope it all comes out good! Very Happy

I had the bozos try to debit my closed acct, even after I told them that I no longer have an acct/the acct is closed. They told me that they still have to run it no matter what. Do they have a brain to share between the lot of them? NO!

Nope, no brains. They are just blood suckers. My OLD bank is not closed out, I had to let it sit long enough in the red before they would do it....I GOT MIGRAINES FROM THEM!! Stupid bank. But now, 1135 overdrawn, we can start to get it fixed, hopefully!

I had the same problem with my bank. I am still arguing with them about closing my account. Even though it is a state bank and I have talked to the state of Florida and they say the bank can and should do something.

I've spent most of the week emailing my gf that took out of a loan with 500cash. She closed her account and she's been stressing over what to do when they call her. She thinks they are going to tell her she's going to be DOWNLOADED. I've told her all the stories I've gone through last year.

The man that called me was either just a chicken or stupid. He just took what I said and hung up. Good for me but pretty dumb for the company he works for!!! OH Well, he still isn't getting anything right now. When I have it in September, I will send it all to them!!! I only owe 170.00 on the whole thing.

They called me at work but when I told him I couldn't pay him until I had the money, he just hung up. No emails to me but I guess they do it however they feel.
