Hi - I'm confused about the loan I have out with Blue King (a tribal lender). It was an internet loan for $400. So far I have made two interest payments of $106 each for a total of $212 paid.
I live in Colorado and I know that a lender must be licensed in Colorado for a payday loan here to be legal. How do I find out if Blue King is licensed in CO? Any tips and tricks for dealing with them? I fully intend to repay the principal of the loan.
