I am so mad at myself I had 14 payday loans and I paid off 1 and now I have 13 1 will be paid off in May and 1 will be paid off in June. I have been paying finance fee on the ones that are not on paydown status. These payday loans started to affect payments on my mortgage and I had to take one out to cover the mortgage payment in March, and for the month of April I paid my mortgage and was only able to make payments on two of these loans and ended up with nsf. I have made arrangements with some of the pdl companies already. I have not be threatened or harrass by any of these companies. But these loans are eating up my paycheck I took a second job just to try to pay off these loans. I desperately need help. These are the companies that I am dealing with Fast Money 911, United Cash Loans, Titan Group LLC, Ace Cash, Webpayday, Upfront Cash, Arrowhead Investment, HJB Finacial(Get It QuikCask), Quik Money 911, Integrity Resource, One click cash, Cityview Cash and High Country aka pdl center. I have been beating up myself for making such a stupid mistake. This short solution have been giving me a long term headache.
I live in Connecticut.

Yep, All of those loans are illegal.

You only owe what you borrowed. Any fees or charges apply to that amount.

Please go here and read up the step to take when dealing with illegal lenders.

My advice is to close your checking account ASAP.

The harsh reality is that she is dead and unless her spouse is still alive (and that is really stretching it in the PDL industry), the debt is also dead. You need to take a copy of the death certificate into the bank and politely tell them that they need to pay the account because there is no one alive to pay the fees that this company is racking up!!

** Please tell me that your name was not on the account also??**
