Yes, the nice teller lady gave me a form with the contact info (the letter they give for denials) to figure it out. I think being in a small town and having reputable employment... and looking honest because I am honest, I was lucky to have my bank account opened.
I haven't checked with Mr. Donald or very many other resources yet. I do keep getting calls from Debt Consolidators and Counsellors who cannot help me because I merely have payday loans.

And in other news, I finally figured out who what why when and where I got that USA Credit Charge on my bank account over 1 month ago. When B saw the charges she figured it was something I had done, such as another payday loan. I had even thought that for a while, but when I got on here and began to look around and what was going where I researched it. I found a Rip Off Report about it. I thought it was something that I had accidently clicked on while getting a payday loan.
So I get the mail today, and there is a good sized envelope addressed to B. It is a card and I see USA Credit. AH HA! Wasn't my fault! (Like we both automatically assumed it was...) So we call. They of course want to know why she wants to cancel a 7500 credit limit that reports to credit bureaus. We say we don't remember ordering their service, they say they talked to B over the house phone. B never answers that phone so I'm not sure how that happened. I think they were blowing smoke. They kept trying to offer things in exchange for keeping the card. Two nights hotel, or we'll even give you $25 back, just keep it open, it will improve your credit!
No thanks, just give us our money (minus $10 of course, because no one wants to give you a full refund). That bank account is now closed though, so it will be sent to the bank, bounced back and then they'll send a check.
I used up my whole lunch hour dealing with it. It wasn't fun. But we are getting most of it back (we certainly can use that $80)... And it is taken care of now. As a bonus, it wasn't my fault.
