They call me 10 times a day at work! They got their money PLUS some several months ago--yet they still continue to call! I really thought at this point they would have given up, but today they called the freaking' switchboard at my job!
How embarrassing! Embarassed

Is there no one to report these people to?

I did file a complaint with the Attorney General's office....they sent a letter and that seemed to stop them. Anything is worth a try. Do you talk to them when they call?? If you have paid them I would respond with some strong points on leaving you alone.

The first couple of times I did talk to them--but it is like speaking to someone who doesn't speak English--Literally! I filed a complaint with the BBB and the AG is next--however I think the AG is probably sick of me by now!

Maybe you could get someone at your workplace to tell them you are no longer employed there? Just a thought.

You just have to keep resisting them until they stop. If you talk to them they become encouraged and keep calling. Just say no and hang up.

They won't stop. The only way to get them to stop calling is to not take their calls at all. If there is any way at all to get them to believe that you "no longer work there", do it. They won't call your place of employment if they believe you are no longer there. They will call the heck out of your other phone (home/cell) but do not take the calls. Do not speak to them. Once you do, like frogpatch said, it encourages them. All they will do is insist you still owe them money. Honestly, the only way to be rid of them is to get them off your back at work (you don't work there anymore) and totally ignore their calls to your other phone (home/work). I actually changed my phone number to get them to stop calling. They are unbelievable. I've read that they have called others up to a YEAR later. Insane.

I've finally recognized the pattern:
10:30 am
They call the switchboard then home then cell then office.
4:30 pm
They call the switchboard then home then cell then office.

Huh...I guess I can start planning my life around this.

The next pattern is they will go way until somone else wants a try at you for a commision! The repeat times do not last as long! My lasy=t call was only one try. He asked me if I was going to address this or choose to ignore it. I said the latter and hung up!

I just payed them off last week I hope I don't have the same problems with them, I almost had to fight with them to take my money. QUOTE( It is in your best interst to extend the loan and next week we will
charge 5.00 less on your extention) HOLY CRAP Who would fall for that.

I also received an email from them detailing how their new SCHEME they actually called it that its a scheme all right to rip you off.

Good luck cdollar. Hope they finally go away.

I sent them an email threatening them. I realized they OVERCHARGED me in fees/debits per the law in my state by hundreds of money. I can send you the email if you want.
