I need to send a letter to quickclickloans, a certified on asking them for a copy of my signed contract. Do you have any sample letters for this?
I asked them through an email and they told me to go online to find it but I cannot find it anywhere. I want to write the letter correctly.

Go to the letters section under "do it yourself" on this web page.

YOu can always send the debt validation letter and then just request a copy of the contract for your records. You can find that letter in the do it yourself section as noted above. Just change the info to your specific needs.

Good idea morning...

Just take out the parts about the fdcpa since quickclickloans is 1st party and an installment loan.
