|

Hey guys:
Does anyone have a copy of the "form" letter I need to send these clowns revoking any wage assignment, ACH authorizations, contacting my employer/references, asking them to correspond with me through US Postal Service only, etc? I've sent them "versions" 50 times over again but only via email...and in my own words BUT, I know there is a form debt validation letter including the above referenced revocations that I'd like to send via certified mail...just for documentations sake.
Anyone have something put together that I can send via snail mail?
Thanks!

Sheyld, who are you dealing with? I have quite a few......I don't have a debt validation letter but I have others I sent to the pdl's re: references, wage assignments, ACH, etc.

MTE Oh God. It doesn't matter if you use a "form" letter, a letter as an example, your own letter, a letter written by your 3 year old child, a letter from a dead person - MTE is going to claim it is a "form letter" and "you're confused" and you've gotten "misinformation from the internet". Feel free to use any letter you want, shey. They are going to send you THEIR "form letter" response that we've all gotten stating that YOU used a "form letter". But, at least you'll have a letter to cover yourself. Documentation is the key. Especially with MTE. Oh Lord.

Sheyld, I will send you one on Monday. I have them all saved on my computer at work. And cannr you are right. Use any letter you want. They will tell you that you sent them a form letter.......and then you know what I told them? I said, "I find it ironic that you send ME a form letter, accusing me of sending you a form letter!"

Oh, Lord, sass! MTE is going to think we're related or something! Because whenever I've responded to them directly or through the BBB, I also stated that they claim I used a "form letter"; however, I have printed documentation showing their "form letters" and that they can see them and compare them side by side! LOL! But, shey, use sass's letters if you like or anyone elses, for that matter. You can basically just type it up yourself covering the amount of the loan, what your state allows, what you paid, revoke their debit privilidge, revoke any wage assignments, advise them to only contact you via email or USPS, etc. I put everything into ONE letter. Yes, it was a long letter, but it covered all of that. So I can just re-send my one letter over and over and over again. And, you will have to with these guys. Horrible.
