Problem is collecting - You have to get the judgement approved by the courts in the state they are located in.

No the problem is the state.. after they get what they want from you they forget your name..
I feel more violated from the State of Ca then the payday loan co..
The state had me jumping through hoops to help their case now they told me they dont even know who I am and they DONT have my paperwork..
I give up.. not worth the chest pains time to walk away.. Maybe one day I will go to my mail box and be surprised.. I can tell you becareful they will dangle a carrot and walk away.. I have to check but becasue I beleived what the State Atty told me I have missed the SOL on a verbal contract...

THAT IS AWESOME,KEEP ON THEM GET EVERYTHING YOU DESERVE.THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THERE FRAUDULANT THREATS.COULDN'T EVEN SHOW UP GEEZ.

I'm sorry for you. That is way worse then a pdl screwing you. That is expected. The state is supposed to be on your side.
