I am 2 weeks from going to court suing a PDL with the State in the picture this has been a long time coming and who knows what I will walk away with if anything BUT the state stepped up to the plate and is taking action..
keep your fingers crossed that I at least get my money back...

No Court the state got a judgemant now I need to figure how I receive the resitution... waitng to talk to the states atty monday

they have to pay me.. Doubt i will ever see a dime..

what little chickens they are. They know they are in the wrong and cant even show up to court! Good for you Poptart, you deserve to be paid back what they stole. Put a lean on their property/company to make them pay you. I once won a judgment from a landlord and the only thing that got his attention was a lean on his property! Paid me right quick after I did that LOL
