Can I be arrested for default on payday loan?

yes she is lying like a rug.do not give her another payment.what name of said pdl or collector does she give?btw debts are civil matters at best,and if the pdl was internet then the loan is actually non-collectable in FL.again,do not give this bottomfeeder another payment.a couple of questions.

name of the pdl
amount borrowed
amount in fees debited
internet or storefront

you see again if it was internet then you not only are liable for the principle only,but the loan is non-collectable.she in fact broke the law in mentioning jail.do not pay them another cent.

I have been recieving calls from am arbration law firm coplaining that i have a payday loan out online for 710.00 i have not taken a loan out online for a us loan company , now they are telling me that i will be arrested how do i hadle this matter .

They are liars, you can't be arrested for owing a debt, I wouldn't talk to them, file a complaint against them with the FTC. BBB and your AG.
