I have 7 payday loans in tennessee that i didnt get over the internet and now i cant pay the interest anymore. Im fixing to lose everything and i dont know what to do. Im closing my bank account tomorrow cause i have no other choice. After I close my account would this be considered fraud or will they send them to collections first to give me a chance to pay them back with something i could afford.Please help!!!

Criminal action is prohibited for defaulting on payday loans in your state, so, no, it will become a civil matter, not a criminal one. Have you thought about requesting an extended payment plan, could be that some of your lenders are members of the CFSA, and if they are that means you could request the EPP, which would allow you to make 4 payments, and the interest stops as soon as you sign up, check the link below to see if any of them are members of the CFSA:
