If you currently had a payloan and they garnished you, can you re borrow once your account is current?

Welcome to the Community I have deleted your duplicate posts for you.
If you had a garnishment, why would you want to go back to the pdl? There are other ways to solve your debt problems, other that gettting stuck in the pdl trap.
Feel free to ask questions..Karen

I doubt that if a company had to go all the way to a garnishment order to get you to pay that they would be very likely to let you reborrow again . . . .

It would be best to stay away from the Payday loans, they are not worth the trouble.

As unscrupulous as PDL's are - sure they would loan to you again. Granted the 'company' that garnished you would probably deny you. Then mysteriously another offer would pop up in your email box and it would not doubt be from one of their other dba's !!!
Please educate yourself thru this forum & find another way to solve your short term $ issue.

In order for a company to have garnished someone, they would have to have to go to court, so they would have to be legal. This would also show up on your Teletrack report, and be a big reason that other legal pdl's would deny you.
Legally operating companies operate differently then the illegal internet based ones . . . .

You would be able to go online and borrow from an illegal company that doesn't check your Teletrack report. But those companies are the worst to deal with, will charge you your first born, and are impossible to pay off.

Goudah - you covered everything I was going to say! If a payday lender garnished your paycheck, they would have to be legal to do so. If that's the case, they would have also reported you to Teletrack, and would not lend to you again.
ANY payday lender is bad news, in my opinion - stay away from them if at all possible. I realize things get tough sometimes, but try to find any other means to take care of your needs - anything other than a PDL.
