Yes, I got sample from someone here and added in my own information. I have one loan with cashnet usa that i made arrangements with to pay in two weeks, but I plan on contacting them and sending them a MO payment so that they don't have access to my new account plus I had originally planned on working with payday usa to pay the 300 i borrwowed-3 payments of 100 is what we agreed on yesterday but today when i looked at my account they took out the 100 plus the 90 fee so i let my bank send both back and close the account and i figure i will hear from usapayday and send mo to them also, definately not giving them any bank informtion I still have a few others that i sent letters to and i am sure i will get a response soon now that the account has been closed.
i have to say i would not have had the strenght to do it if it wasnt for this site!!

tmb, you're good to go then! The pdls will start contacting you eventually. Oh, that'll be fun. You've done your part. Your bank account is taken care of, you've sent your letters, you contacted CashNetUSA. You're okay. Soon the phone calls will probably start. Try desperately not to take any calls. Do everything in writing.

Okay. You can file with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG. Go to the BBB site (www.bbb.org) and you can file a complaint on line. Go to the FTC site (www.ftc.gov) and you can file a complaint on line. I just googled "my state" attorney general and the site came up. You can look on there for something along the lines of "consumer protection" and then "file a complaint". It varies from state to state as to if you can file on line or not. In my state, I had to download the forms, fill them out, and mail them in. However, some states you can file with the state AG on line. File a complaint against each of your pdls with each of the agencies. If you need any help, just post.

I would file with both states.
As for the BBB, it's all the same, no matter what state you file in. But you have to file in the state where the business is located.

goudah is correct (as always! ) When you go to the BBB, you will automatically be directed to the BBB that handles that company. Does it for you. The FTC is just general. It's just the FTC. The state AG, some people do file complaints with the state they reside in and the state the pdl is in. However, some people just file with the state they reside in. Up to you.
